Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI through our payment partner MMADPay. It works with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. All purchases are digital and paid for online.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the ebook has been delivered to your inbox. If you were charged but did not receive your ebook, write to care@shreejilearn.com with your order number and we will resolve it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Why was my UPI payment declined?
UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, or temporary outages of the UPI app. No amount is deducted from your account in such cases. You may simply retry the payment or switch to a different UPI app.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

Downloads & Delivery
How and when will I receive my ebook?
Everything we sell is a digital ebook in PDF format — there is no physical shipment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your ebook is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a minute or two, along with a secure download link.
I didn't receive the email — what should I do?
First check your spam, promotions and updates folders, and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, write to care@shreejilearn.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.
What format are the ebooks, and can I re-download them?
All guides are standard PDF files that open on any phone, tablet or computer. Your download link stays valid so you can save the file and keep it for life. If you ever lose your copy, contact us with your order number and we'll help you re-download.
